In today's fiercely competitive manufacturing industry, the pursuit of high precision and high efficiency in machining is a direction that companies continuously strive for. Among the many machining tools, the Bright-Tools hydraulic chuck tool holder stands out for its remarkable performance. Under the same machining conditions and parameters, its surface roughness is twice as good as other brands' shrink-fit tool holders. This significant advantage provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of machining quality.
Only one wrench is needed for easy installation and removal, significantly saving operation time and labor costs.
The 4D position runout accuracy is within 3μm, and the UP type is within 1μm. Such high precision ensures the accuracy of machining.
It has high repeatability and is less affected by human factors, ensuring consistency and stability in each machining operation.
The double-point clamping design makes the machining process more reliable and stable.
The built-in hydraulic oil chamber has a certain effect of suppressing vibrations generated during the machining process, further enhancing machining quality and efficiency.
With its high precision, high stability, convenient operation, and a rich series, Bright-Tools hydraulic chuck tool holders meet various machining needs of customers. They are widely used in high-efficiency, high-precision machining fields such as automotive parts, molds, medical devices, and aerospace. It not only provides strong support for the development of these industries but also promotes the progress of the entire manufacturing industry.
When pressurizing the hydraulic chuck tool holder, please use a T-shaped wrench to fully tighten the bolt. The bolt will stop turning when fully tightened, and the hydraulic gripping force of the hydraulic chuck tool holder reaches its best when the bolt is fully tightened.
When installing the cutting tool in the hydraulic chuck tool holder, the end of the tool should be tightly against the bottom inside the tool holder. If the end of the cutting tool is too short to reach the bottom inside the tool holder, the position of the tool tip when installed should not be more than 8mm away from the bottom inside of the tool holder. (Otherwise, the inner diameter of the tool holder will shrink and be damaged, and the tool holder will leak oil.)
Before installing the tool on the hydraulic chuck tool holder, remove any moisture, water (oily substances), etc., inside the tool holder. If the inside of the tool holder is not cleaned thoroughly and the tool is directly installed, liquid foreign substances inside the tool holder may cause the cutting tool to fall off during machining. (Clean the inside of the tool holder before inserting the milling cutter.)
Do not arbitrarily open or move the hydraulic ports on the hydraulic chuck tool holder. If the hydraulic ports are opened or moved arbitrarily, hydraulic oil will be lost, and the hydraulic chuck tool holder will no longer be usable or repairable.
Do not install rough machining cutting tools. If the screw part of the tool holder is damaged or the hydraulic system cannot function normally, do not disassemble the tool holder yourself. Please contact the supplier for assistance.
