The probe system includes a probe for detecting workpiece parameters and a tool setter (also called tool probe) for setting tool parameters.
It has the same working principle as CMM, with online machine tool holder system, measure the workpiece effectively and directly.
Standard tool holders exceed a certain depth, it may cause broken tools, chipped edges or bad surfaces due to bending and vibration.
The anti-vibration tool holder is equipped with a tuned mass damper, it is a vibration absorbing device that is opposite to the vibration generated by the bending deformation of the tool holder, so it will absorb the vibration and increase the stability. For deep hole machining, the damping anti-vibration tool holder is with better machining results.
